Idiom with 'run'

Hi,

I can't for the love of God remember this one idiom that can be used instead of 'upset'.

"If you eat too much of this, it'll upset your stomach. I think that it has the word 'run' in it, so it's something like:

'run .... with your stomach', but I'm not entirely sure. Or it could be similar to ‘throw into ...’.

Thank you.

I can't think of one like that. If it is specific to the stomach, there are "lie heavy on your stomach" and "turn your stomach".

If you eat too much of this, you will get the runs. You will be running to the loo every five minutes.
