Idiom: to be larger then life

Hello guys,

I need your help with the paraphrasing of this idiom...

If I say about someone:

He's larger than life and twice as sleazy = He knows howto be somewhere where you wouldn't expect him / he's everywhere where you look and always with dishonest intentions?

Can I go with this intepretation? Or please correct me if I'm wrong and give me a better option.Emotion: smile...I believe that sentence doesn't more context, but If it does please tell me so...

thanks a lot in advance.
