My friend is an anxious person. He always thinks far to the future, and create surreal worries. I want to give him advices to stop worries about the future because it's not happened yet and focus on the present. Is there any idioms related to that situation? Thanks a lot in advance.

You can cross that bridge when you come to it. Note that "advice" is not countable. You give him advice, not advices.
