Hi Anon

I think you should have looked for the link first before posting and, if you still have any doubts, post the question/s.

An adverb is rarely used as a sentence.

An adverb can be modified by another adverb.

The adverb is not very important compared to the verb and the noun.

There is no simple way to know more adverbs in daily life. You need a textbook, and you need to read and study it.

Dear Anon,

Any word, (or phrase, or clause) that answers the questions WHERE, WHEN, WHY, or HOW is an adverb.

WHERE: here, there, foreward, backward, up, down

WHEN: yesterday, today, tomorrow, early, late, often, never, usually, sometimes

WHY: (We can't usually answer this question with one word, so we often use an adverb
