Complex, Compound, Simple, Compound-Complex

What type of sentence is this worksheet?

Can spring be far behind?
You had better believe in miracles, Jose.
My grandmother will be there, although she will probably be a little late.
Since the orchestra is now ready, the concert will start immediately.

[Since the orchestra is now ready,] [the concert will start immediately.] Complex. Subordinate + Main

How can there be no book? Are you just supposed to guess the definitions of "simple", "compound", and so on? That's not really believable.
