Identify Relative Clauses

Are the following correct?

1 There is a part of me which/that is capable of ... BOTH THAT and WHICH

2 He's someone that/whom you like. BOTH THAT and WHOM or Leave it out

3 He's someone that/whom likes you. BOTH

How come in 3 you can leave out THAT and in 2 you can, What's the explanation other than it doesn't sound right?

4 Have you got anything that/which belongs to me BOTH

5 The only thing that/which matters is to... BOTH

6 I hope that the little that the little that/which I've been able to do has been of some use. BOTH or leave it out.

How come you can leave THAT or WHICH out in 6 and not the rest???

Thank you

3 He's someone that/whom likes you. BOTH Only that. Whom isn't possible since the relative pronoun is the subject of the clause.

Can Someone tell me whether WHO is possible and which WHOM isn't.
