IDEA'S WEEK - Misuse of Apostrophe??

I saw a sign promoting IDEA'S WEEK. I cringed. I notified the person responsible for the sign and was told that I was wrong. Was I? I don't see how an idea can possess anything...

If IDEA is the name of a company, then it would be correct - maybe "Idea" is offering something special that week, then it is "Idea's week" - BUT if the person wanted to promote the "idea of the week", then it would have to be "(This) week's idea" instead anyway I'd say...
