I'd really appreciate if you would check this paragraph.

If asked how many colors the rainbow have, Japanese people will say, "Of course, seven." However, considering the fact that there are so many languages in the world, the answer to this question is not as easy as you might think.

I don't understand the logic of that statement.

Thank you very much:) This is one of those translation exercise, so I have to follow the logic of the original :-( It's somewhat frustrating, but I guess that's the way it works:) Thank you very much, though, for your quick reply:)

You have not mentioned a particular rainbow so, this wording would make more sense: If asked how many colors rainbows have,
