I'd like to call off the signing up for the trip.
I'd like to cancel my trip.
I'd like to call off the trip with you.

Hi,
I signed up for a trip with a local church this coming Sunday, but something comes up and I can't attend the trip. So I call the person in charge, but I'm not sure which one of the above should I use. Thanks for your enlightment in advance.
