"I'd be happy to" or "I'll be hapy to"?

Hello. A friend sent me a message saying "I want to learn about Russian culture and Russian language". What is the correct reply?

I would be happy to help you with Russian language

or

I will be happy to help you with Russian language

Thank you in advance.

Those are both correct English, but the second one is more definite, as if you are more sure that it is going to happen. In situations like yours, the "I would" version is commonly used. It should be "with the Russian language".
