Ice cream

We haven't had many ice creams this week.

One colleague of mine believes that it should be "ice cream" with no 's, because it's an uncountable noun. However, I think otherwise. In this usage, I think "ice cream" is countable, because it refers to a small amount of ice cream on a stick, in a cone, or in a small container. What do you think?

Thank you. :-)
