"I...but I...now" or "I...but I've...now" Which is correct?

1-"I found a broken trap, but I fixed it now."

2-"I found a broken trap, but I've fixed it now."

Which is correct? Why and what rule?

Thanks!

Hi,

Yesterday I found a broken trap, but I fixed it.

I had found a broken trap, but I fixed it.

I found a broken trap, but it is fixed now.

Regards

You're using a past tense (fixed) with the word now, which is not past. It's now.
