It drives me nuts to see the same question asking for "perfect" rules posted over and over again.

nerdikarp1-"I found a broken trap, but I fixed it ~~now."~~ / It's been fixed. Ok as corrected.
2-"I found a broken trap, but I've fixed it now." OK

"Now" is a time marker of the present. Past event= found a broken trap and you began fixing it. Now= it's been fixed/ or you have fixed it, depending on your speaking perspective.

The hint is to avoid using or adding the improper time marker in the right tense becasue it can confuse or weaken the intended meaning.

Do not use past time markers like last week/ year, yesterday, and ago etc to present perfect tense.

Other than that, it is the speaker's presepctive that dictates the tense.

I had found a broken trap, but I fixed it.

I found a broken trap, but it is fixed now.

You're using a past tense (fixed) with the word now, which is not past. It's now.

So use 2. The present perfect (I've fixed) applies to now.
