Letter Writing
I wrote motivation letter. Please check it for mistakes.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am hereby applying for entrance Telemark University College Quota Scheme program for the 2012 fall term.
First of all I would like to present some background about myself. My name is Andrey Kovalov born on October 21 1989, currently studying at Energy saving and Energy Management institute of Kyiv Polytechnic University. Since my early years the question of my future university studies and then a profession was very important to me.
When I successfully obtained the Bachelor degree in my university, I did not want to stop on what I achieved in Ukraine, but to continue my master degree studies in a respected European University such as Telemark University College.
As a student of National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic University ' I participated in various international scientific and research conferences where I had the great opportunity to exchange knowledge with foreign students. Occupying the position of a student council president assistant I developed my leadership skills and learn how to work as a part of a team.
I gained a valuable practical experience entrepreneurship in in a company that deals with smart technologies such as Smart House which is based on highly advanced automatic computer system which can monitor and control all aspects of daily life.
I was fascinated by this technology and I wanted to learn more information and develop my skills in this field. After studying lots of specialized literature I created a model of residential building based on this technology.
In conclusion I would like to say that during my education I learned a lot about electrical systems but I am eager to gain new experiences and in my opinion Quota Scheme program is the best way to achieve it. As far as I know TUC is one of the 4th largest of the 24 state owned university colleges in Norway. It would be a great honour for me to become a student of your University.
