However, if modified, it can make sense:

It's actually part of sentence and I don't remember exactly how it was said but I think they were talking about how strong the UV rays are in Australia and Conan O'brien said that he would've lasted about two years.

Shouldn't it be, "I would've lasted for about two years?"
