I would like to open a new Bank Account into a new Bank

How to say and correct syntax, grammar and meaning of the following:

I will proceed with your Savings products in order to open a Bank Account with your Bank. As per your answer to my question:"You will need to have a US address and proof of this address to open this account in the US", I will provide a US address of one of my relative in New York (who reside permanently in New York) and I will kindly request all correspondence between me and the bank to be through to my home address in London. As a result, my correspondence address will differ from my Home address.
