I would like some advice and help, and also support
I lived in the US for almost 9 years now, during that time I never really cared about my spoken english (always thought that I would get the hang off it just by living here).
So then recently I came to a bitter relazation, my spoken english is below avarge. For about 3 months now I started reading in english at least 30min a day, and Im speaking english as much as possible. I also forced my self to even think in english (hope that makes sense).
But the process is so slow, it seems like its going now where. Im getting so frustrated. Can you folks please give me more advice on learen english better and faster. I would really like to sound professional when i need to. I also know for a fact, that i missed out on a lot of great job opportunities because of my english. I would like everyone that was facing the same challage as I am now, to come in here and give me there story of scucess. This process is so slow, i cant explain how frustarated I am and need help to keep me motivated.

yes, i started watching american movies, mostly for the american accent, and i repeat all the sentences that seem complicated to say. Like I said I only started a few month ago, i would also really like to know, If i will see a significant difference in a year from now, and also at the end of the year.
