I would have tremors and would break into a fit constantly.

Hi all

I am wondering if the sentence reads naturally with two 'would's'. Or should I delete the second 'would'? Thank you.

I would have tremors and would break into a fit constantly.

To me, it doesn't even read naturally with just one 'would'.

Natural English is eg I had tremors and broke into a fit constantly.
