I would have thought she'd come herself?

He smiled as he poured. “As to Grand Maester Pycelle... if my sweet sister is so concerned for him, I would have thought she’d come herself. Instead she sends you. What am I to make of that?”

Hi, dear teachers. I have some questions about this sentence. Can I change it into the following versions?

Original: I would have thought she would come herself.

1. I thought she would come herself.

2. I had thought she would come herself.

3. I would have thought she would have come herself.

4. I would have thought she comes herself.

Thank you.
