"I would have gone to the concert"

I can understand that "would have done" describes in the past.

Is there any certain clues in that sentence actually she did go or not?

"I would have died" of courese I suppose I wasn't dead. Becasue I speak that sentance. But other sentences makes me confusing.

Do I make myself clear that "would have done" is just describing and supposition? And that's enough?

Should I understand deeper meaning by context?
