I would find playing golf interesting

Hi!

Which sentence is correct?

1. I would find playing golf interesting.

OR

2. I would find it interesting to play golf.

My grammar book says to use "to infinitive" but I have also seen the same sentence with v.ing form.

Thank you in advanced.

Both sentences are acceptable. Possibly the second one feels slightly better constructed, but opinions may vary.

Would it be also acceptable to say "I would find it interesting playing golf"?
My grammar book only mentions "to+infinitive" -> I would find it interesting to play golf

Yes. In careful writing I would probably prefer to use the "to play" version, but this sentence is fine in everyday English.
