Or is it "I would do it but it had nothing to do with that"?

So would these be correct?

"I would do it but it would have nothing to do with him"
"I would do it but it wouldn't have anything to do with him"

Or do I have to use "had" or "doesn't" in the place of the second 'would'?

Those sentences are grammatically correct; your last suggestion are probably not.
