I would be willing to come, but...

Person A: Can you come with me for shopping this evening?

1) Person B: I would, but I have an important meeting to attend. (meaning I can't)

2) Person B: I would be happy to come, but I have an important meeting to attend. (meaning I can't)

3) Person B: I would like to come, but I have an important meeting to attend. (meaning I can't)

4) Person B: I would be willing to come, but I have an important meeting to attend. (meaning I can't)
