I brought some plaster from the kitchen shelf and took the first aid kit from the cupboard, opened it up, cut out some roll bandage out of its reel, and then, soaked the roll bandage in it and fixated the broken leg with a body of plaster I prepared.

If you mean a plaster for wounds (also known as a sticking plaster) http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/plaster#british-1-1-2 you should rewrite this part as: I got a plaster.

But it was not in the contexed of a hospital, My mother covered the leg of the raven with some soaked plaster and kept it one month then it healed the raven and it started to walk and soon it would fly but did not leave us. Do you now think that it is still clumsy???
