How can I correct the following sentence?
I would be happy to hear from you if you are/will/would be available
Context: arranging to meet with someone for a coffee at an specific time.

MM is right: tense simplification (see Swan, Practical English Usage) is generally applied in subordinates, i.e. future is replaced by present there.

However, the future can be used:
