Not really. But it would be correct if you wrote "I work in IBM's office/factory" etc.

However, you can say "I work in computing". Meaning that computing is your field of employment.

«to work at IBM» - to be one of its employees
«to work for IBM» - to be its business partner

... which doesn't necessarily have to be true

If you want to look at subtleties, 'at IBM' could mean that you work at that physical location, but are not employed by IBM, eg you might be an independent contractor.
