This is an interesting one. I think you have to say 'shined' in line 3: for some reason, when 'to shine' means 'to make bright', or 'to polish', the past tense is 'shined' ('he shined his shoes', etc).
I like 'I brought it over the water'; but I'm not sure how 'as you see' fits in. Does the rainbow at the end take us away from the moon, I wonder?
