Opinions will vary. It seems "un-American" to me.

... great ..., but I don't want any seems more natural to my American ear.

That said, there's nothing wrong with the "won't" version.

Is it true most people would say "I don't care for any"? I can't remember the last time I heard it, but it is probably just me and my native friends. I can't say we are the smartest people on Earth.
