I won't consider // I wouldn't consider

Theachers, another conditional-related question^^ Would anyone please tell me the difference between these two sentences?:

I wouldn't consider changing my career.

I won't consider chanigng my career.

' Won't' is a contraction of "Will Not". It is future tense or modal (Speaking about the future.)

'Wouldn't' is a contraction of "Would Not". It is past tense (Speaking about the past.)

Will not is definite, would not is less definite. Would is often used in conditional sentences.

I will not do that. (My mind is made up; I will not do it now or in the future.)

If I were you, I would not do that. (I am giving advice ( in the present) not to do something.)
