I won't be able to get this done any earlier than 25th Dec.

Please correct the following text:

1:
I think/believe I won't be able to get this done any earlier than 25th Dec.

2:
He has been abused in every way possible.

3:
John: Why did you sue him when you didn't have sufficient proofs?! As he has won the case now, you have to compensate him.
Michael: Compensate for what?
John: Because you tried to defame his good name in the eyes of public.
Michael: I didn't try! He, in a way, forced me to sue him.
John: Ya, that's what only I know, public doesn't know this.
