I wonder/wondered/am wondering

Hi all,

Do they hold the same meaning?

Let's say I'm talking to a friend.
Me: I'm wondering if this statement is correct.
Me: I wonder if this statement is correct.
Me: I wondered (past tense possible here?) if this statement is correct.

Thanks.

All three tenses are possible, but in the 3rd one there is a concord mistake. It should be: I wondered if ( or whether) this statement was ( or would be) correct
