I wished I had bought the book = I was sorry I didn't / had not bought the book. (?)

1. I wished I had bought the book.

2. I was sorry I didn't bought the book.

3. I was sorry I hadn't bought the book.

Is sentence 1 same as sentence 2 or 3 ?
