I wish + subject + would + infinitive

1. I wish it would stop raining soon.
2. I wish she would come to my birthday party
3. I wish you would clean up your room.
4. I wish you would send me a copy of the document.

I'd like to know "I wish + subject + would + infinitive" expresses either surreal desire or realistic desire.
