In an analysis of form how do we describe the second occurrence of "I". Is it an object pronoun? Or like the first "I" a second occurrence of subject?

The second I is the subject in the noun clause which is the object of the verb "wish". "That" can be omitted.

I wish that I had a million dollars.
I wish that he had a million dollars.
