I wish

Which one is correct or what's the difference?
1) I wish my school were a campus devided into faculties so that every faculty HAD a biulding of its own.
2) I wish my school were a campus devided into faculties so that every faculty WOULD HAVE a biulding of its own.

I'd rather say 1), and would change 2) as follows:
I wish my school were a campus divided into faculties; so, every faculty would have a building of its own.

I would call this one correct, Mav:

1. 'I wish my school were a campus divided into faculties, so that every faculty had a building of its own.'

You could also say:

1a. 'I wish my school were a campus divided into faculties, so that every faculty could/might have a building of its own.'

In #1, 'having a building' follows from the division into faculties.
