I will tell you a story about Kevin

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

I will tell you a story about Kevin. One day I left my apartment. I was walking down the street. Kevin was hiding, waiting for me. Suddenly I felt somebody running behind me. It was him!.

Do you still think he is just a good guy? You should listen to this other story. A couple of years after the incident, Kevin and his friends went to my grandmother's house to "talk to me". His visit surprised me.

Kelly looked to the door of the apartment.

I went outside to talk with him. It was a very unpleasant conversation. When I returned to my grandmother's house they threw a stone, breaking a window.
