This works. However, if it is extremely formal in nature, you might put it in the form of a question (request). In case I have more questions, may I take the liberty of contacting you again?

It sounds somewhat rude to me. It says that I will purposefully bother you again with more questions if I need to.

Use "may" and not "will" for polite requests. May I contact you again if I have additional questions?

The disadvantage of phrasing this in the form of a question like the above is that you are almost obligating the person to reply, even if it is OK to contact them again.

This expression is formal but not polite, sounds like the way policemen address themselves to suspects.
