'I will be finished' or 'I will have finished'

Greetings

could you help me please, I'm confused to differ between the following sentences.

- i will be finished my work by tomorrow.
- I will have finished my work by tomorrow.

- I will be exercising by then.
-I will have been exercising by then.

Mahtar I will have finished my work by tomorrow.
I wonder whether it is possible to consider "have" as a lexical verb here, not the auxiliary. In other words, is it possible that the object of the transitive "have" (if it can be as such here), i.e. "my work" can be reversed and put after the adjectival "finished" which refers to it?

No, but 'have' is a lexical verb in I will have my work finished'.
