What is the meaning of "I will be damned" ? Could someone tell me please?

It has a couple of meanings:

Well I'll be damned! The Red Sox lost the pennant. It's just an expression of extreme disbelief, and/or disappointment. Wow! I just can't believe it! When used in a negative way, the expression could be replaced by any one of a number of obscene four-letter expletives. (But you don't look like a girl who would say such things.)
