In this essay I have to tell about Working Experience
During the study phase, make some part-time jobs. Job included inventory management, ordering stock, managing staff, preparing weekly work arrangement.
After finishing my first degree I started my career at the Mitzrahi Bank. There I worked in various positions always interacting with the customer. I met their banking needs and either answered or referred their financial questions to the appropriate supervisory individuals. Accepted and processed customer deposits and loan payments. Maintained and balanced a cash drawer daily. Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balance and monetary transactions. Sold bank products and opened new accounts.
Then after looking for a better future in the profession and economic aspect I got a position in Migdal, one of the leading insurance and finance company in Israel and member of the Generali group.
In Migdal I am working in the financial division as responsible for the collection of pension contributions, interviewing customers and employers to answer inquiries and complaints pertaining to bills, customer deposits, and accounts. Reviewing accounts not billed and prepared bill from available information. Verifying accuracy of payments and making corrections and reconciliations as needed; providing assistance and giving solutions in billing to the customer service
Furthermore I have also done some volunteer work. During the high school I have been an instructor in an educational youth movement.
Then during the studies I was tutor of children with learning deficiency as part as a scholarship program.
