Can those two sentences be corrected?

Somebody told me that "Its I who have influenced my life" is correct.

Can I say "I am the one who has influenced my own life" and please also tell me whether "Have" can also be used in these kind of sentences like after "Who", because I think it should be followed by "Has", if yes then how to determine that?

"Its" is a possessive determiner, so it doesn't work here. You need "It is." ("It's" is technically possible, but it doesn't match the formal style of the rest of the sentence.)
