I went to the canteen.

Hi,

In the following conversation, which answer(s) is/are correct and natural?

A: "Where have you been? Everybody has been waiting for you. The meeting will start soon. "

B1: I went to the canteen.

B2: I was in the canteen.

B3: I went to have a cup of coffee.

B4: I have been to the canteen. I had a cup of coffee.

B5: I have been to wash my hands.

B6: I have been to have a cup of coffee.
