I went to berlin for four days

If someone asks you how you are. Is it grammatically correct to say:

''I went to Berlin for four days'' (now I'm back)

Hi,
As GPY mentioned, that cannot be an answer to "how are you?" but you can say that in response to "what have you been up to?"
