Grammar

I was required/ required of aresume.

1. She asked me a question. -> ok
2. She asked a question of me. -> ok
3. I was asked of a question. -> ?
4. A question was asked of me by her. ->?

5. He required me an academic record. -> wrong
6. He required me of an academic record. -> ok
7. I was required of an academic record by him ->?
8. An academic record was required of me by him ->?

I think 1, 2, 3 are correct and 5 is wrong. What about the others?
