I was judged to be responsible

Hi,

Background:
My manager said I am responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure.

Question:
Should I use “judge” in my sentence?
If not, could you please suggest some words?

Sentence:
I was judged to be responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure.

Thanks
