I was gone & numbers (Worms game)

Guys, please explain what the text in bold means. This is a line from the "Worms" game:

  • Blast! I missed it. It's not like I was gone for that long either. I promise I'll watch the next one.
  • Well this is it - you're at maximum strength both numbers and munitions wise.

As for numbers, can it mean 'bullets'?
