I was drawn to this book by the two reviews

I was drawn to this book by the two reviews already here and would not have written this one if I still agreed with them. But I was disappointed overall with this book even while admiring the artwork and the concept.

I'd like to know whether "which are/ being" is omitted before "already".

Thank you in advance for your help.

Adding which are would not change the meaning, but being doesn’t work.

If it couldn’t, I would have mentioned it.

Then, can I take it that the adverb "here" modifies the noun "reviews"?

Together with already, yes. But I wouldn’t call here an adverb since adverbs don’t normally modify nouns. I think it makes more sense to call it an intransitive preposition. Notice that preposition phrases modify nouns all the time: the money in the register, food for the baby, a man with tact
