I was born in the '80s.

1) I was born in the 80s.

2) I was born in the '80s.

3) I was born in the 80's.

4) I was born in the 80s'.

All of them are familiar, but I think that the second one is the correct one. What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual and take good care.
