I was bitten by a mosquito and I scratched it.

He scratches the mosquito bite until bleeding.

I asked him, "What happened to your hand?"

He said, "I was bitten by a mosquito and I scratched it, it bleed by accidently."

How to say he just want to scratch for a while and he was over scratches until bleeding.

It should not be it bleed by accidently . I'd rather write: I scratched it too hard by accident; it started bleeding. If you want to write that he just wanted to scratch it and he was scratching until he started bleeding, you could write: He wanted to scratch it and when he did, he didn't stop until he was bleeding.
