I want to write an email to my client informing her on the works done and pending balance

I have been doing some work for my client over the last couple of months. He paid me an advance but the work I've done so far exceeds that amount and so I want to send them a list of the works along with the amount and details. I've maintained this in an excel file.

I am struggling to come up with a title for this email. I've also written the email itself but it I don't think it is good. Looking for advice on how can I improve it.

Hello,

I have attached an excel file with the details of the works done over the last couple of months along with the price. I intended to send this once the all the jobs are done but with the current lockdown situation it would be of great help if you could make the pending payment as shown in the Excel file.

Since I am not associated with any company I cannot send you an invoice.

If you need any details regarding anything please let me know.

  • I don't see why you can't just send an invoice and refer to it as an invoice.
