I have been doing some work for my client over the last couple of months. He paid me an advance but the work I've done so far exceeds that amount and so I want to send them a list of the works along with the amount and details. I've maintained this in an excel file.
I am struggling to come up with a title for this email. I've also written the email itself but it I don't think it is good. Looking for advice on how can I improve it.

I intended to send this once the all the jobs are done but with the current lockdown situation it would be of great help if you could make the pending payment as shown in the Excel file.
