I want to study medicine in england

My name is Brenda and i am from Peru. I am in the first year of medicine but i would like to continue my studies in england so i would like to know what options do i have??? or if anyone can help with that cos i've been looking in some universities but the part for international students is only for people that want to apply but they are not in an university already. Please i would really appreciate some help or any idea you can give me. And also what things do i have to do to study there? for example, i know that i have to take the TOEFL exam and also maybe another exam.
